Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Each product you order from Heart Horse Threads is made just for you at the time you place your order. This can take about 2-5 business days. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days. Fulfillment time does not include shipping. To get an idea of how long your order will take to reach you, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than average, but will still be fulfilled within 5 business days.

Fulfillment and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

As previously stated, the average order fulfillment time is 2-5 business days.

Your estimated delivery time is calculated by adding the estimated fulfillment time to the estimated shipping time based on your location.

Products being out of stock and shipping related delays such as failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or bad weather conditions, can all affect the time it takes for you to receive your order.

According to my shirt vendor, sizes over 2XL require more material and resources to produce. As a a result, I have to pay more for these products when I purchase them from my vendor.

I have kept the customer markup lower than the markup I pay, so I actually make a few dollars less on the larger sizes that I sell and you see a smaller markup.
